Molecular hydrogen

- Molecular hydrogen, often represented as H2, is a diatomic molecule consisting of two hydrogen atoms bonded together.
- It is the simplest and most abundant molecule in the universe.
- It is a fundamental component of stars, including our Sun, and is all common in interstellar space. Everything is Light - as different                       manifestations. And so everything is hydrogen - the most abundant element, the main building block of stars.
- In its molecular form, hydrogen exists as a colorless, odorless and tasteless gas at normal temperature and pressure.
- On Earth, hydrogen is less common in its molecular form, but is found as a component of water and various organic compounds.

- Hydrogen together with oxygen then creates water, which is then no longer gaseous but solid.


Advantages of molecular hydrogen


Antioxidant activity

- Hydrogen is often referred to as a powerful antioxidant, but it is not a traditional antioxidant.
- It is much more powerful because it acts more as a "main conductor" for other molecules.
- It shows antioxidant effects through signal modulation, influences metabolic pathways
- It regulates the body's own antioxidants

The small size and non-polar nature of H2 molecules enable them to easily penetrate cellular membranes, i.e. penetrate all membranes, and thus access subcellular compartments, including mitochondria and the cell nucleus, as well as pass through the blood/brain barrier. This is very important, for example, in all neurological diseases such as dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, etc., and is a huge advantage over larger molecules that cannot penetrate the brain.
